Edinburgh Roofing Company provides professional roofing installations, structural repairs, and routine maintenance. All projects are executed in strict accordance with British Standards.

Initial estimates are based on visual inspections. We operate with a transparency policy: if unforeseen structural issues are discovered post-strip, a revised estimate will be provided.

A materials deposit is required to secure project dates. Final invoices are issued upon site clearance and are payable within 7 working days via BACS or card.

We maintain full Public Liability Insurance. While we take every precaution, clients are responsible for ensuring internal valuables are protected during construction.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. The Scottish Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings.
